The terms behind every week this office reserves

This page does two jobs. It says who publishes the site and what this office is and is not, and it sets out every promise made anywhere here beside the thing on this same site that lets a reader check it. Where the answer is no, the page says no and leaves it unsoftened.

Who publishes this site, and the long list of things it is not

Etre Super Travel Reservations LLC is a Missouri limited liability company. The office is at 6317 N Antioch Rd, Suite 108, Gladstone, MO 64119 and the telephone number is +1 (816) 414-3106. It does business under the name Etre Super Travel, which sits at the head of every page here.

The office is an independent intermediary and nothing beyond that. It is not an airline, a hotel or a group of hotels, a cruise line, a railway, a tour operator or an online travel site, and it is not the agent, representative, partner or appointed anything of a single company whose services appear in this catalog. What it does is arrange reservations with suppliers, who then perform the services themselves. The room, the boat, the guide, the breakfast: all of it comes from people who do not work here. No claim of association with any company or public body is made here.

On air and sea the position is flat. This office does not arrange air travel. Scheduled sea carriage it does not arrange either. It holds no contract with any carrier, by air or by water, and it does not represent that any flight or any sailing is available, at any price, on any date. A week in this catalog begins where the traveler arrives; getting there and home again is the traveler's own arrangement, made with whoever does the carrying.

Every promise made here, and the thing on this site that proves it

Prices. Each figure here is a starting figure, per person, confirmed when the reservation is made and not before. Every week's own page carries it above a list of what the amount covers and what it does not, and the flat list at /every-week/ holds the same thirty two figures.

Answering time. A request sent through the form is answered within one working day. That commitment is printed on the contact page and again above the form, which is why no opening times appear anywhere here. A form can be filled in at whatever hour suits the reader; a person cannot, and nothing here suggests otherwise.

The form. Six fields, one a honeypot no reader ever sees. None of them asks for a card number or a bank detail. There is no checkout on this site, and the site could not take money if a reader wanted to hand it over.

What the traveler pays this office. Nothing, in any form. A supplier pays a commission once a reservation is confirmed, as the page on how reservation works also states. No reservation fee, no consultation fee, no charge for a quote that comes to nothing.

The honest number. Every week carries a number from one to four answering one question: how much of this week could the traveler have arranged without us. One means all of it. Four means it does not exist without an introduction. The mark for it keeps one width and gains a break at every step. The number stands on the weeks where it counts against the office exactly as on the weeks where it does not, and there are weeks here marked one. Some readers take that as a cue to go and arrange it themselves, which is the number doing its work.

Offers. With nothing worth passing on, the offers page says so in a sentence and stops there. Last season's prices are not left there as padding, and no counter runs down anywhere here.

Insurance, visas and passports. The office sells no insurance, advises on no visas and handles no passports. All three are permanent refusals, not a gap waiting to be filled, and each is refused again in the questions below.

Four things nobody here will promise you

That a week shown is still available. A week published here is one the office believes it can arrange, not a reservation held for anyone. Rooms and dates are held by suppliers, never by this website, and a week can be gone between a reader seeing it and the office asking about it.

That a starting figure will be the final figure. Party size, dates, room type and anything added along the way all move it. The real number goes to the traveler in writing before a reservation is made, and until it arrives nothing has been agreed.

That a supplier will answer quickly. This office replies within one working day, but it cannot make a family operation in a valley with poor coverage keep that pace. Where a supplier is slow by habit, the office says so.

That anything outdoors will happen. Several weeks are built around something that happens at a particular time of year: a harvest that starts when the fruit is ready, the light in the far north, a run of clear evenings in the mountains. None of it keeps to a timetable and none of it can be reserved. What the local record suggests, and how wide the variation runs, a reader will be told. That the thing will occur, a reader will not.

Payment, delivery and returns, said out loud instead of left blank

Payment. None is taken on this site. There is no payment method here, no billing, no stored card, no invoice raised. Money changes hands later, with the supplier, on the supplier's own terms, which the traveler will have in writing by then.

Shipping and delivery. Nothing physical is sold here and nothing is shipped, so there is no parcel, no delivery window, no carrier and no tracking. A confirmed reservation produces a written confirmation from the supplier, sent by email.

Returns. Since nothing physical is sold, nothing can be returned and no returns period applies. Canceling a reservation is a separate matter, dealt with on the cancellation page, where the supplier's own deadlines and charges are explained. This paragraph is not a cancellation policy and should not be read as one.

Which law applies, what the office answers for, and what will never appear here

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Missouri, and any dispute about this site belongs there.

The office answers for its own work as an intermediary: for writing down what a traveler told it, for passing that on accurately, for reporting back what a supplier said and when something has changed. It does not answer for the acts and omissions of the suppliers who perform the services, because it neither owns nor controls them and employs none of their staff. Where a supplier causes a loss, the remedy is against that supplier under that supplier's contract, and the office will help a traveler find the right person and the right paperwork.

One last absence, and it is deliberate. This site publishes no reviews, no ratings, no awards, no testimonials and no badges of trust. The office has none that are real, and will not manufacture any. Should real ones ever appear on these pages, they will be genuine, attributable and checkable, or they will not appear at all.

Questions that come back every week

Does this office charge me anything, at any stage?

No. There is no reservation fee, no planning fee and no charge for a quote a reader decides against. A supplier pays the office a commission after a reservation is confirmed, which is why the site has no checkout and asks for no card. Money a traveler spends is spent with the supplier, on the supplier's terms.

Can you arrange the flights while you are arranging the week?

No. This office does not arrange air travel and does not arrange scheduled sea carriage. It holds no contract with any carrier and makes no statement about whether a flight or a sailing is available. Getting to the country and home again is arranged by the traveler, directly with whoever does the carrying.

What about insurance, a visa or a passport question?

All three are refused, permanently. The office sells no insurance, gives no advice on visas and has nothing to do with passports. That is not a service waiting to be added later. Anyone needing help with those should go to a firm or an authority that handles them properly, and this office will not attempt to stand in for one.

A supplier let me down. Who do I take that up with?

The supplier, under the contract the traveler holds with them. Write to the office as well and it will find the correct contact, send across what it holds in writing about the reservation, and say plainly what it did and did not arrange. The office does not answer for another company's performance, and it will not pretend the paperwork says something it does not.
